Because Spit Happens...

Let’s talk about masks. They're our new normal right? I used to think taking off my bra was the best part of my day...but taking off my mask is soooo much better!! If we have to wear them all day for work or just when we're out and about, we can't wait to take our mask off when we get in our car or when we get home. 


Some of the common complaints about using a mask are:


Anxiety

Fatigue

Poor Mental Focus

Headaches

Shortness of Breath


Did you know that some hospitals are using Young Living* essential oils to improve mask comfort for their employees? Essential Oils not only smell good but can positively affect our mood. Oils go directly to the brain through the smell nerve and can affect the respiratory system by opening the lungs, making it easier to breathe.

Each scent does something different and you can make different mask sprays depending on your needs. Here are some of my favorite essential oils that can be used for mask sprays. 


So let's turn our masks into our own personal diffusers with these DIY mask sprays:

Chill Out
Fill ¼ of a 2oz spray bottle with unscented witch hazel. Add essential oils (of your choice). Fill the remainder of the bottle with water. Shake before use. Spray the inside of your mask as needed. Wait a few seconds before putting on mask.
